Randy Tarpley, Realtor® Broker
Randall E. “Randy” Tarpley is the successor owner of The Tarpley Agencies and Tarpley, Realtors® and is the third generation of Tarpley’s to devote this personal and professional career to serving the real estate needs of Greenville and Hunt County. Randy Tarpley has more than 54 years of experience in the real estate industry as both a broker and appraiser and his 96 years of family legacy encourages his commitment to his chosen profession. Randy Tarpley has been recognized as a leader and innovator in the local real estate industry, having served two terms as President of the Greenville and Hunt County Board of Realtors, and selected as Realtor of the Year on two occasions. Randy is recognized as an expert in Eminent Domain appraisal and is highly sought after for expert appraisal for both condemning authorities and landowners. Tarpley is actively engaged in the daily operation of one of Greenville’s oldest family owned businesses.
Amy Tarpley Wade, Realtor®
Amy Tarpley Wade is the fourth generation of Tarpley’s serving the real estate profession in Greenville. With more than 20 years of experience representing buyers and sellers, Amy brings a wealth of knowledge about customer relationships to her clients. Wade is actively involved in community affairs and is known for her enthusiasm and commitment to making positive impacts wherever she serves. Amy’s involvement with the Chamber of Commerce, Drug Free Greenville, New Horizons and City Council PTA, along with the Air Force Association, keeps her busy, but she loves to help families find their “forever home”. Amy is the mother of three children, Justin, Jacey and Jenna and she is married to Jeff Wade.
Stenson Sanders, Realtor®
Stenson Sanders has been a Realtor® Associate approaching his tenth anniversary and continues to provide reliable service to his clients for both residential and farm and ranch properties. Stenson is actively involved in the community and has served as the Chairman of the Greenville Chamber of Commerce Board. Stenson has a love for the land and lives on his family ranch with his wife Allison and sons Austin and Stenson, Jr.
Richard Tharp, Realtor®
Richard Tharp serves as the Director of Appraisal Services and is a Realtor® Associate. With more than 40 years of experience in the real estate business, Richard provides appraisal services in matters of eminent domain and litigation matters and represents buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. Richard also maintains an active home building business and is actively engaged in all aspects of the real estate industry. Richard and his wife Kathy have two grown daughters and one grandchild.
John W. Walker, Realtor®
John W. Walker is a life-long Greenville resident and long-time Realtor® and former Insurance Agent who is a legacy of one of Greenville’s well known firms established by his father, C. Wayland Walker. John is very familiar with the real estate market in Hunt County and he has been involved with family developments of small rural land tracts for many decades. In addition to his real estate clients. John is an investor in rental properties and is available for consultation on a wide range of investment opportunities. John is married to Toni Walker and they have 2 children, and 5 grandchildren.
Scott Ellis, Realtor®
Scott Ellis is a local builder in Greenville. He works with his potential buyers on new construction on the sale of their existing home. Scott works with homeowners on designing their new home and guides them through all the steps on transitioning to their new home. Scott is a board member for the Hunt County Shared Ministries (FISH) and on the Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee for the city of Greenville. Scott is married and the father to two boys; Greyson and Grant.
Angel Valentin, Realtor®
Angel Valentin is fulfilling a dream by being a licensed Realtor. Angel brings a wealth of life and work experiences to the real estate industry and is committed to making the home sale or purchase a satisfying process. Angel came to Greenville from Chicago as a young boy and is a product of the Greenville school system, where he met his wife Joanna. They live with their two daughters in Caddo Mills and attend Oasis Church. Angel is bilingual Spanish and is committed to serving his community.

David Dailey has been a Realtor® Associate for 10 years and offers a wide ranging work experience to compliment his service to buyers and sellers. David and his wife Paula live in the Lake Tawakoni area and enjoy the rural lake life and church activities.
Dana Darby, Realtor®
Dana Darby is a Broker Associate of our firm and brings a well know name in the real estate industry of Greenville home after years of brokerage in the Dallas area. Dana’s father, Danny Darby, was one of the founders of the Greenville Hunt County Board of Realtors along with R.E. “Dick” Tarpley, Jr. and she was brought up with a respect for the land that still guides her professionally. Dana is another legacy member of our firm and is available to represent buyers and sellers locally and in the DFW Metroplex.
Tammy Powell, Office Manager
Tammy Powell is the Office and Property Manager for the firm and is responsible for the daily operations of our real estate and rental operations. Tammy is a Greenville native and brings a wide variety of work experiences to her position with prior experience has a legal para professional, licensed insurance agent and as an Account Manager for local Greenville business Omnysis. Tammy is the mother of four grown sons and has 5 grandchildren.
Bryan Litchfield, Realtor®
Bryan Litchfield has 25+ years in the Aerospace and Defense industry, primarily leading Digital Technology Business Management organizations in Raytheon.
As his journey nears completion with the next few years, Bryan is starting the next chapter of his life as a licensed Realtor®. He looks forward to working along side buyers and sellers in all kinds of real estate transactions. Bryan has a dream of flipping houses after his retirement. He was born in Greenville but moved away as a small child, returning in 1985 where he met his wife Amy. They live in the Greenville area and have two children, a daughter-in-law
and one grandchild.
Colten Powell, Realtor®
Colten Powell is a Greenville native that is embarking on a career in real estate after more than 14 years in the automotive industry and as a retired United States Marine with multiple overseas tours. Colten brings a love for his fellow service members as a focus in his real estate practice and is excited to offer services to veterans and others in his hometown of Greenville as well as Commerce and Hunt County. The Powell family lives in Commerce Texas and includes his wife Elizabeth and son Brayden.
